| Artwork Specifications In order to produce a good clear print on any product it is necessary to begin with good camera ready artwork. Our team of professional graphic artists can advise and help to ensure that your logo is properly prepared for the best possible imprint. Any artwork required will be charged at minimum commercial rates. If you wish to supply your own artwork we can accept the following formats - Film Films are accepted if to size, colour separated if needed & right reading Emulsion up. Films for pad printing must be colour separated, emulsion down & separated at a 114.3mm split. This also applies for printing Tri-Ad pens. Bromides of any size can be accepted. Bromide Printed letterheads and photocopies are not bromides. Electronic Artwork We have the capability of accepting a wide range of files from both PC and Macintosh Computers. Carefully follow the instructions below to avoid distortion. Use Pantone PMS spot colours when possible, CMYK process colours are not accepted. Scanned (bmp, tiff and jpg) images are not considered Camera Ready Artwork for the purposes of use for rush order processing and will require clean up. If using scanned images in your document please include the scanned image file along with your document. When applicable, include your PMS colour number with your artwork. PC Based Corel Draw 3.0 - 10.0, Convert all text to curves. Save file as Corel *.Cdr Adobe Illustrator, create outlines. Save file as Illustrator (AI). Freehand, convert text to paths. Export file as Generic EPS. Microsoft Office 2000, including Word, Powerpoint and Publisher. Include fonts. QuarkXpress 4.0. Include placed images and fonts. MAC Based Adobe Illustrator, 3.0 to 8.0, create outlines. Save file as Illustrator (AI). Freehand 3.0 to 8.0, convert text to paths. Export file as Generic EPS. QuarkXpress 4.0.
